Extremely reasonable price and very professional. Mora was able to get my broken down car from Anaheim back to Bakersfield within 15 minutes of me getting home. I was in a dire strait so far from home but Anaheim Fullerton Towing made a very bad situation a little more palatable. Thank you

The tow driver Lyle was awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He notified us on his ETA, had an great attitude and just got the job done in a timely way. Simply did the job and did it well like pro. It was refreshing to see great service. Worth it.

These guys helped get a very large service truck with my service techs off the 55 in the left lane during rush hour. They were fast and know what they are doing.

I don't remember the exact specifics of the service call but I was so impressed with the service and pricing that I saved their number on my phone years ago. I believe I needed a tow for my RV. Whatever it was, these guys delivered.

There are so many bad reviews and we had a horrible experience with another towing company earlier in the day so I was skeptical but this company was great. Both the office and the driver were extremely helpful. They came out quicker than anticipated and towed our 31ft RV to the shop. It was such a seamless transaction. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a heavy tow.

My girlfriend had a bad accident in Fullerton late at night totally, totally her 2020 Mercedes. Fullerton police had it towed by Anaheim Fullerton Towing. All of my girlfriends important stuff like laptop, makeup bag and some other stuff was still in the vehicle the next day. By the time FPD got us the correct paperwork so we could get her stuff out the towing yard was closed (5pm). The sign at the tow yard entrance said after hours go around to the side gate for after hour gate. Expecting nothing but attitude because of past situation where myself or a friend had had a vehicle towed and were treated like scum of the earth. Suprinsgly we were met with a very friendly gentleman. He talked to us like he cared, like he knows that customers that are coming to the gate at this time have been through enough and that a friendly smile and common curiosity would go a long way in making a situation better. When all the paperwork was done I asked what his name was, he said Bill. I said Bill thank you for actually caring more about others and being respectful instead of annoyed. Its been a long 24 hours but I had to post this review just to say thanks to Bill at Anaheim Fullerton Towing for helping me and my girl end the night with a smile.

Okay, the only reason why these guys have a lower rating is because they tow people's cars due to illegal activity. But if you actually need a tow, especially a commercial tow, this is who you should call! Sean was absolutely amazing and helping and went out of his way to make sure I got to where I needed, and understood how they operate so that I can plan to move my truck. Liz helped me in the office and was very professional and courteous and knew everything I needed, which made my life much eaiset. Carl helped me gather my belongings and was also very professional and helpful. I'm also filling out my application to open an account here so that it'll be much easier the next time one of my trucks goes down.

My company's flatbed truck broke down on the 91/710 split on Thursday. My coworkers and I tried to fix it but finally realized that we were going to just have to get it towed. Battery died too after the hazards were on for awhile. Called up Anaheim Fullerton Tow and they had a Big truck on the way. When Angel the driver arrived, he made quick work of the problems we had. He disconnected the driveline (truck was stuck in gear), released the air brakes which were locked up, and had us out of there in no time. Plus side was he did it all with a good attitude. Need a Big Tow truck? Don't fear, call these guys and ask for Angel and you will be taken care of. Definitely Recommend

Love paying hundreds of dollars to get my car out of the tow yard

I first met Mark 5 years ago, my truck hanging from the side of a steep hill, Mark called his tow truck in for recovery, I've never seen a truck lifted up by just cables under the vehicle. He and his employee were totally professional the entire recovery operation. No damage to the truck, i would have paid any amount. their nominal fee was paid with a tip to his employee, thanks again for your service!

My sister was involved in an auto accident and paramedics failed to remove her wheelchair from the car before having it towed away from the scene. Anaheim PD didn't make finding the location of where the car was towed to any easier. After almost 3 hours I was finally given a phone number for where the vehicle was brought. When I arrived at Anaheim Fullerton Towing Bill and Jeremiah were beyond helpful with helping me obtain her chair and other belongings. Thank you sooooo much for making an already bad situation a whole lot easier.

Okay nobody likes it when their car is impounded. I was not pleasant either. I will tell you that Cande made my experience a complete turn around. He was calm while I was not. His customer service skills are impeccable.

When my fiance got in a motorcycle accident I was dreading what I had to go through to get his bike from the tow yard. I was involved in a very bad accident yesterday and this company towed my poor car to their yard. The tow driver at the scene was such a nice guy. I was so so upset and the guy was trying to keep things light and make me smile. When I went to the location to pick up my stuff from the car every employee was very nice. The only slight inconvenience is you have to go the location to release your car to your insurance company, it can't be done over the phone.

Great service. I needed a tow at 11pm on a weekday. I didn't wait too long on the fwy shoulder before an operator named Thomas showed up to haul my Nissan. He hooked me up and was surprisingly friendly considering that he was probably sleeping when he got my call. Also, it was a nice truck unlike the few I've been in.

Wow can't say enough about this company. Have you heard that one before? These guys were amazing and saved the day. High roof sprinter van, DOA pinched space in front and back and they Snagged it out after several hours. Their quote was good from the start, they rolled several trucks to try to fix a bad situation and never once called to complain hinted additional charges or ask for more money. I'd use his guys again in a second. I might go in the car business to give them more business. thank you very much appreciate it all. Gracias.
